Last week Friday, the Mets managed to avoid arbitration with their remaining eligible player, Pedro Feliciano, for one-year, $1.61 million.

Thank goodness. I hate arbitration hearings. Sometimes when the player wins, they usually get what they do not deserve. Players get way too greedy with these arbitration cases.
